2. SCOPE
This Code of Conduct applies to all suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, and trainees engaged by CyEn, regardless of the nature, duration, or location of their work. All parties are expected to adhere to the standards and principles outlined in this Code throughout their business relationship with CyEn. In the following sections, the term ‘suppliers’ should be read to include suppliers, contractors, subcontractors and trainees engaged by CyEn.
3. INTRODUCTION
At CyEn, we are committed to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and respect for people and the planet. This Supplier Code of Conduct establishes the minimum standards we expect from all our suppliers, contractors, and business partners across key areas: Ethical Business Practices, Information Security, Environmental Stewardship, Health & Safety, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance.
Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that their own supply chains also operate in accordance with these principles.
This Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the minimum standards and expectations we require from all suppliers who wish to collaborate with CyEn, including the ESG (Environment, Social, Governance aspects).
