At Cyen, we implement flexible working arrangements, support for parental leave, and initiatives to promote an inclusive culture that values diversity and equality. We set clear targets for gender balance in leadership positions and decision-making bodies, with strategies to identify and promote qualified individuals of all genders. We develop and implement gender-neutral recruitment processes, transparent career progression paths, and mentorship programs to support the advancement of underrepresented genders. Cyen’s code of conduct establish clear policy for preventing and addressing gender-based violence, including sexual harassment, within the organisation.
Finally, our gender equality efforts go beyond the border of our own organisation, contributing to a more diverse cybersecurity community. For instance, our Co-Founder Iva Tasheva is actively volunteer and serving as a Board Member at Women4Cyber Belgium.
