EU NIS2 Directive

On 26.01.2023 Cyen’s Iva Tasheva and Eva Saeva discussed the new obligations and tools under the EU NIS2 Directive.

 They discussed the Directive’s objectives, who it applies to, and what are the new obligations for cybersecurity risk management and incident reporting obligations. The new obligations will also apply to some SMEs – those medium and larger companies operating in the sectors of high criticality (e.g. energy, transport, health, banking) and other critical sectors (e.g. postal services, manufacturing, research).
